Delete your account

You can request deletion of your AI Video Generator account and associated data at any time. Here's how.

Option 1: Delete in the app

The fastest way, directly from your device.

  1. 1Open the AI Video Generator app on your device.
  2. 2Go to Settings → Account.
  3. 3Tap “Delete account.”
  4. 4Confirm your choice. Your account and data will be scheduled for deletion.

Option 2: Request by email

Can't access the app? Send us a request and we'll handle it for you.

Email zainuptreedevelopers@gmail.com from the address linked to your account with the subject “Account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify your identity before processing.

Request account deletion

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile (name, email, avatar)
  • Prompts, scripts, and media you uploaded
  • Videos, voiceovers, and captions you generated
  • App preferences and settings
  • Usage and analytics tied to your account

What may be retained

  • Purchase / transaction records required for tax, accounting, and legal compliance
  • Anonymized, aggregated statistics that can no longer identify you
  • Information we must keep to prevent fraud or resolve disputes

How long it takes

Once confirmed, your account is deactivated immediately and your personal data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days. Backups are purged on a rolling schedule. Data we're legally required to keep is retained only for as long as the law requires, then deleted.

Before you delete

  • Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Consider exporting any videos you want to keep first.
  • An active subscription does not cancel automatically. Manage or cancel it in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions to avoid further charges.
