Welcome to AI Video Generator (“App”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App and any related services provided by A & Z (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Eligibility

We do not guarantee that generated content will always meet your expectations or be free from errors.

4. User Content

You may upload text, images, videos, audio files, or other materials to generate AI content.

You retain ownership of the content you upload.

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to use it.
  • Your content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
  • Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are solely responsible for all content you upload or generate using the App.

5. AI-Generated Content

The App generates videos and related content based on your prompts and uploaded materials.

Because AI-generated content is created automatically:

  • Results may not always be accurate.
  • Generated content may resemble content created for other users.
  • Generated content should be reviewed before personal, commercial, educational, or professional use.

You are solely responsible for how you use, publish, or distribute AI-generated content.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Violate any law or regulation.
  • Generate illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
  • Create content promoting violence, terrorism, or criminal activities.
  • Create hateful, discriminatory, or abusive material.
  • Generate sexually explicit or exploitative content.
  • Impersonate another individual or organization.
  • Violate the privacy rights of others.
  • Upload malicious software or harmful code.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the App or its servers.
  • Circumvent security measures or access unauthorized areas of the service.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of your access.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, software, logos, graphics, interfaces, AI systems, and related content, is owned by A & Z or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:

  • Copy or reproduce the App.
  • Modify or create derivative works.
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the App.
  • Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the App.
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices.

8. Subscription and Payments

Payments are processed by Google Play or other authorized payment providers.

Subscription fees, renewal terms, cancellation policies, and refund eligibility are governed by the applicable app store or payment provider.

We do not store your payment card information.

9. Availability of Services

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may:

  • Perform maintenance.
  • Suspend services temporarily.
  • Discontinue certain features without prior notice.

We are not liable for any interruption or temporary unavailability of the App.

11. User Responsibilities

You remain solely responsible for all activities conducted using the App on your device.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and all related services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, A & Z makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the App, including but not limited to:

  • Availability or uninterrupted operation
  • Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Merchantability
  • Non-infringement
  • Security or freedom from viruses or harmful components

AI-generated videos and other content are created automatically and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using or sharing it.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A & Z shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to:

  • Your use or inability to use the App.
  • AI-generated content.
  • Loss of data.
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities.
  • Device malfunction.
  • Service interruptions.
  • Unauthorized access to your information.
  • Errors or inaccuracies in generated content.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for using the App during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless A & Z, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, or legal fees arising from:

  • Your use of the App.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your uploaded content.
  • Your AI-generated content.
  • Your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws.

15. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • You misuse the App.
  • Your activities create legal, security, or operational risks.
  • We are required to do so by law.

Termination of access does not relieve you of any obligations incurred before termination.

16. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described there.

17. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including but not limited to:

  • Google Play Services
  • Google Play Billing

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. A & Z is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

18. Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe that content available through the App infringes your intellectual property rights, you may contact us with sufficient details of your claim.

Your notice should include:

  • A description of the copyrighted or protected work.
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing content.
  • Your contact information.
  • A statement that you believe the use is unauthorized.
  • A statement that the information provided is accurate.

We will review valid notices and take appropriate action where required.

19. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.

Updated Terms become effective once they are published within the App or on our official website.

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where A & Z operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The invalid provision shall be interpreted, where possible, in a manner consistent with its original intent.

22. Waiver

Failure by A & Z to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.

Any waiver must be made expressly in writing.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced within the App, constitute the complete agreement between you and A & Z regarding your use of the App.

They supersede any previous agreements or understandings relating to the App.
